ASICS partners with the South Korean brand Unaffected to unveil an updated rendition of the Gel-Kayano 14 in white and black, part of the ‘Infinite Wonders’ collection. This collaboration seamlessly blends Unaffected’s contemporary aesthetic with the retro charm of the classic running silhouette, paying homage to the iconic ASICS Gel-Kayano series from the late 2000s. Preserving the essence of the original midsole with GEL™ technology cushioning, this Y2K-inspired shoe enhances the upper’s fit while maintaining the 2008-style synthetic leather and ballistic mesh combination. The distinctive Tiger Stripe design adorns the sides, and the traditional laces are replaced with a modern toggle switch.
