The go-to sneaker style for minimalists over the world, the ‘Achilles Low Sneakers’ from the American-Italian brand Common Projects is represented in an all-black colourway. The low-top pair offers a distinctive sense of low-key style coupled with a luxurious, Italian-made leather construction. Keeping it simple, the pair is equipped with a durable rubber outsole, carefully stitched to the leather uppers for a superior fit. The design is signed off with the brand’s trademark gold-foil branding on each shoe side.

[ Really Made in Italy ]

Common Projects was built in 2004 by magazine art director Peter Poopat and the brand consultant Flavio Girolami which had already known each other through various projects, hence the name of the brand. Their goal was simple: to create the perfect sneaker, envisioned as minimalistic and made of high-quality materials. The company makes everything from low-top sneakers to combat boots and it stands out with its minimalist approach and its promise of better construction. All Common Projects’ products are made in an Italian footwear factory and are hand-stitched to perfection.
