Adidas and Parley present a 4D version of the UltraBOOST Uncaged

Adidas is set to release another project with their long-standing partners from Parley for the Oceans. Sitting underneath an UltraBOOST upper, this blacked-out pair is equipped with 4D soles that coexist harmoniously with the sock-like Primeknit™ construction — providing you with a combination of comfort, breathability and support. The shoes are constructed with Ocean Plastic® — a premium fabric made from at least 75% up-cycled marine plastic waste that is intercepted from remote islands, beaches and coastal communities — replacing virgin plastic in the making of high-performance sportswear.

The uppers remind us of the duo’s first collaboration which appeared in 2016 and started a more environment-friendly production on a global level. Parley is instantly recognisable for their signature light blue stitching, but this time around, the mindful brand is going for a more aggressive look with this full black pair.

The carbon 4D technology in the midsole offers a snappy ride and controlled energy return, while the durable rubber outsole provides superior grip. Both brands have been working together for many years now and this upcoming release will mark their second collaboration that involves 4D-infused soles, after the Alphaedge 4D.
